Dr. Connie O'Connor wins a Forward with Integrity Grant!
Sept 2014 - Connie has won a prestigious McMaster based award in which she plans to use citizen science to Identify Soil Contamination in Hamilton’s Urban Gardens. Way to go Connie!
Connie will lead this very cool project which has a number of partners from various departments around McMaster and the Hamilton community at large. McMaster partners include Dr. Altaf Arain (Professor, McMaster Centre for Climate Change), Dr. Chad Harvey (Teaching Professor, McMaster Integrated Science Program), Dr. Jason Brodeur (Manager of Maps, Data and GIS, Mills Library) and Ian Blechta (Sustainability Assistant, Facility Services).
